J.D. Salinger: Dead at 91

The beloved writer of “Catcher in the Rye” died this morning of natural causes.

“In 1999, New Hampshire neighbor Jerry Burt said the author had told him years earlier that he had written at least 15 unpublished books kept locked in a safe at his home.”

I’m calling it now, these books will start to be released regularly proving Salinger to be the Tupak that white, angst-filled teens have been waiting for.
