I just spent a good chunk of time writing up another blithe personal blog post. No one cares to read it, I don’t even know if I care to write it. Sometimes I probably just feel narcissistic enough to convince myself that there are people who really care enough about my boring day-to-day life that they want to read 800 word posts about whatever meaningless crap I have to type. I’ve spent the last couple days reading and driving (golf balls). I also have been playing with my camera. I really know nothing about cameras, but I should figure out how to take decent photos beyond the “auto” setting.

I’ve been playing with shutter speed and light. I took a few new pictures the other day, and I put them in the rotator (the picture display to the right of this). It changes the picture every time you load a new page on the site, which is pretty cool. Either way, here is the shots I managed to come out with. I think I might go and try taking pictures outside of my apartment tomorrow night. I really want a tripod now.

This doesn’t make me a photographer. I did, in fact, feel the need to make that clarification.

I was going to spend some time posting my first impressions of the new game “The Saboteur”, but I am too tired to put true thought to my feelings on it. I will write it up before I get a chance to play it tomorrow, and so the first impression shall go until tomorrow. I figure the fare for this post should be more full of personal content, I haven’t posted one of those type blogs for a while.

This week has been odd. Work has been slower than previous years, but I am more tired than usual. There aren’t hours in a day for me to get everything I want to do. I need to do laundry, among a bunch of other stuff. I just don’t know where the time goes, and going to bed this late is starting to take a toll on me.  Sometimes I wish I could just not work. I mean, the reality of that would probably not be as keen as the idea. I remember when I wasn’t working, it was hell.

I don’t know, maybe if I could have a week off, to sit alone and get things done. Maybe then I would have time to think, and maybe get my head straight.

For anyone who doesn’t already know, I have been trying to make the best use out of the 3.0MP camera with autofocus I have attached to my iPhone (3GS). Its the strongest camera I have, and also I like the idea of getting the best possible pictures I can on my cellphone.

Well, do you know?

So its been a couple of days, since I posted last. But it has been over a week since I updated anything on the actual site. So I decided to get going on doing some of that tonight. It took me a little while, with all the video editing, and time lapsing, and exporting, and uploading, and resizing, and, and, and.

It took a little more than a while, going on 2 hours now to make it right. I got it done though, and I think that for now, it’s pretty cool.

I changed the multimedia box on the right to play a time lapse video of my planes final descent into Cuba last week, incase you didn’t know. I think that now I have the basis and code there, I will switch up the video with something less shaky in the near future. Also, I will eventually try to code it so that the box will rotate different videos whenever you load the site/a new page. Much like it did with my photos.

Today I borrowed my Mothers camera to have some new pictures. I got Misty to take them, as I wanted actual ones. You know, ones where I am not holding the camera, or in front of the mirror.

Anyways, so she took them, here are a few of the unedited ones. I don’t feel like doing anything to any of them tonight.

Anyways, I am really tired, and I have a lot of work waiting for me in the morning. Will post more tomorrow?
